Si4432是高度集成度單芯片無線ISM收發器件。其包括了發射機、接收機和射頻收發器,讓設計工程師可以有選擇的設計利用里面的無線部分。Si4432提供了先進的無線功能,包括連續頻率范圍從240到930MHz和可調輸出功率高達+20dBm。Si4432的高度集成降低了BOM,同時簡化了整體設計。極低的接收靈敏度(-118dBm),加上業界領先的+20dBm輸出功率,保證傳輸范圍和穿透能力。內置天線多樣化和支持調頻。
